About Us

Northern Rivers Coaching and Counselling is owned by Greg Dixon, a registered counsellor and experienced executive coach. His previous business, CareerBuilders, took him all over the Asia Pacific region, supporting large multinational organisations in Australia and New Zealand. 

Now based permanently in the Northern Rivers of NSW, Greg has altered his focus and is ready to support individuals and small to medium sized businesses in the Northern Rivers, providing career counselling,  job seeking assistance, EAP support (to clients locally and around Australia) and business coaching.

Greg has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and holds the following qualifications: . 

• Graduate Diploma in Counselling for Health and Social Care (UNE)
• Masters of Analytical Psychology (UWS) 
• Bachelor’s in Psychology and Management Studies (University of Auckland)
  

The team is made up of Registered Counsellors and Psychologists, with many of them accredited Mental Health First Aid instructors. Each team member has significant business and workplace experience, which means they understands the unique challenges and pressures facing employees and business owners.

Northern Rivers Coaching and Counselling is registered as a Bupa Health Fund Provider and a Police Health Fund Provider.
